Hi, I'm Lorenzo, a Senior UX Designer at cinch. I build design systems, including a multi-brand system used across Constellation Automotive Group, and lead work across search and buying journeys, most recently AI-powered search, working out how people understand, trust and correct what an AI assumes about them. I partner with product and engineering to frame problems early, and use AI as a working partner to explore more directions and get to evidence sooner.
